J. R. Cousin Consultants Ltd. (JRCC) is a Manitoba based Consulting Engineering and Project Management firm, which was established in 1981. The firm is a privately held Canadian company, whose shareholders are all company employees. The firm has established a sound, stable, dedicated professional engineering business and has maintained the same principals since inception. JRCC completes works greater than 15 million dollars in construction value on a yearly basis. The team at JRCC is comprised of highly skilled multi-disciplinary professionals with years of experience that have gained the respect of Clients and fellow professionals alike.
