Water Treatment & Distribution

JRCC has extensive experience in the design and construction of water treatment plants and distribution systems. Water plant designs incorporate advanced treatment processes, high capacity distribution and ULC fire pumping, electric control rooms encompassing all control panels, flow measurement panels, lab instrumentation stations and remote monitoring capabilities. JRCC designs provide the water plant operator with sophisticated automation while maintaining desired system operation simplicity.

Community Planning & Development

JRCC provides experienced and professional services for urban and rural development projects, i.e. condominiums, residential cottages, marinas, mobile home and golf courses. Unique planning schemes are achieved for each development, i.e. residential areas with golf course, condominiums with recreational facilities, cottage lots accessed by water canals, campgrounds near wilderness and lakes and residential lots with prestigious settings.

Survey, Design & Landscaping

JRCC conducts numerous surveys for landscaping, quantity, construction and topography, etc. JRCC’s total station surveys are used for analysis and design of drainage, landscaping, erosion protection, flood protection, etc.

Environmental / Geotechnical / Geohydrology

JRCC, in conjunction with our Resource Group of recognized experts, provides environmental, geotechnical, and geohydrological assessments. Our firm has established site monitoring wells and investigated and reported on ground water quality and pollution potential. JRCC conducts ground water source investigations and related drilling programs.

Municipal & Civil

JRCC is experienced in the field of municipal and civil engineering works. Our firm designs and provides construction administration for many steel and concrete buildings used for water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, etc. In addition, JRCC conducts numerous assessments of existing structures such as bridges, schools, etc., and provides necessary infrastructure rehabilitation designs.

Project Management

JRCC has extensive experience in providing project management. On all projects, JRCC ensures close communication with Clients and team members, and promotes an “open-door” policy to address all project works. JRCC also enforces a rigorous quality control management system to deliver all works to the utmost in standards.

Transportation

JRCC provides designs for transportation infrastructure and ensures a high degree of quality control through soil analysis, gravel gradations, density testing, asphalt sampling, concrete test cylinders, etc. Expertise is provided from low traffic volume gravel roads to complex urban street designs. Drainage works, an integral part of road construction, are evaluated and where required, drainage modelling is undertaken.

Sewage Collection & Treatment

JRCC is experienced in the design, tendering and construction administration of sewage treatment plants and wastewater stabilization ponds. JRCC completes reviews of existing sewage treatment systems and expanded systems for additional loads to meet environmental requirements. Plants have also been altered to accommodate trucked effluent. JRCC also has remote monitoring capabilities to monitor sewage treatment plant operations.
