Truck Storage Garage
The Marcel Colomb First Nation required a storage building for their sewage truck, garbage truck, water truck, fire truck, school bus, and medical van. JRCC completed the design and provided project management services for a six-bay, 424 m2 truck storage garage.
The garage is a wood frame building on thickened-edge concrete slab foundation with interior and exterior steel panelling. The building contains a vestibule, office area, mechanical room, washroom and shower, gas detection system, and in-floor heating. JRCC also completed the design of a gravelled parking lot and approach area complete with geotextile.
