Roads, Sewer and Water Upgrade
Manitoba Hydro requested JRCC to undertake a Roads, Sewer and Water Upgrade Assessment Study of the Seven Sisters Falls Hydro townsite infrastructure as part of the process to subdivide the land into 82 residential lots. JRCC then provided pre-design, design, tender administration and construction administration services for the expansion and upgrade of water, gravity sewer, roads and drainage for the subdivision. JRCC facilitated a public open house to provide information on the works to the community.
